I cant get it I completed the challenges, outfits (I dont have deadly assassin), bounties (20/ 8, 8, 4) and all!!

Just figured out u have to get eight bounty in Mexico and eight in black water and four in the other. Been working on this achievement so long didn’t think it was possible
