If you want to level more efficiently, pick a Fearless character. Even though the health refills are considered a non-issue by most avid Mafia Wars gamers, the unique power of doing jobs for a zero energy price is a giant advantage for leveling. The leveling strategy only works if someone puts you into their top mafia Wheel Man spot, which can be a hard sell since your character isn’t much of an asset to a crew at first.
